1) Complete and submit our Franchise Information Request - Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you to share more information on the Teriyaki Madness opportunity and to answer some questions you may have.

2) Receive and review the Teriyaki Madness franchise information and promptly return the completed Confidential Information Request (CIR).

3) Candidate review and Qualification – If we find that you are qualified, we will contact you to schedule a Personal Interview at our home office in Las Vegas to meet our team.

4) At the Personal Interview you will tour our home office, visit several restaurant locations, have an opportunity to ask questions to our management team, and much more. We will also provide you with a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) which provides detailed information about the franchise opportunity in a structured format as required by the Federal Trade Commission.

5) FDD review and Conference – After you have reviewed the FDD, we will schedule a meeting to discuss (in person or over the phone) any questions you may have.

6) Approval and Signing of Franchise Agreement – If you meet the Teriyaki Madness requirements you will be awarded a Franchise and have an opportunity to join the "Madness".

7) Locate a potential site, site is approved, construction commences, you are scheduled for training, and location opens for business once all of the training is successfully completed.
