Site Selection assistance

 

Prime locations are not always easy to come by. Therefore, our team will assist you in identifying and securing prime real estate sites to ensure that you select a location with the best chance for success. Once potential sites are identified, we assist in reviewing leases for a variety of issues including price per square foot, build-out time and allowances, renewal terms, etc.

 

Pre-Opening Support

 

Once your lease is signed, the clock starts ticking. Every day that your restaurant is not open is a day that you are not putting money back into your pocket. To ensure your restaurant opens as soon as possible, we will advise you on steps to take in order to avoid major delays.

 

Interior Design, Build out, and Equipment

 

Teriyaki Madness restaurants offer a unique interior design, creating a clean and inviting environment that supports our brand. Each restaurant design maximizes seating capacities and customer traffic flow to accommodate a busy “take-out” business. Our kitchens are designed to facilitate our high volume, fast paced business. We assist franchisees in obtaining licensed general contractors to assist in the design and build-out of each restaurant. We also have relationships with suppliers which provide each location with a standard equipment package from our designated equipment manufacturers.

 

Complete Training Program

 

You and a manager will be trained at our corporate headquarters in all aspects of the business for up to 3 weeks. You will learn everything from point-of-sale operation to making our famous Teriyaki sauces, from hiring to accounting procedures. You'll also receive training at your location, prior to opening.

 

Confidential Operations Manual

 

This manual provides detailed instructions on hiring, training, and motivating employees, day-to-day operations, and accounting. The manual is a blueprint for all of our confidential operational systems and will help keep your business running smoothly and efficiently, day-after-day. Included are our exclusive recipes and preparation techniques which will be updated from time to time.

 

Strategic alliances

 

We have developed strategic relationships with various suppliers, vendors, and contractors vital to the success of your business. We have contractors ready to assist with your interior design and build out, suppliers ready to get you all the necessary equipment, foodservice suppliers to provide you with high quality ingredients, and many additional vendors ready to help with other facets of the business. Because of volume purchasing discounts and deals we have negotiated, you are able to get the service and products from these vendors at the best prices.

 

Marketing Support

 

You’ll be supplied with consumer marketing and advertising materials, a grand opening kit, as well as publicity and promotional ideas, which can be easily implemented. We work with professional advertising, public relations, and direct marketing firms to continually develop innovative marketing campaigns to drive new customer traffic. And remember, providing extraordinary food and excellent service is your greatest marketing tool.

 

Ongoing Support and Periodic Field visits

 

Our support doesn't end once your store is built, your staff trained, and your business is opened. Each store will be assigned a field support consultant who will assist in the strategic and operational questions that you will inevitably encounter after opening.
